Fitness

My fitness levels have dropped considerably in the last few months as I haven't carried on running again.
I've decided to start blogging again in an attempt to get fit again. I did 40 minutes on the Wii fit, while alternately laughing and crying like a little girl to the Matilda soundtrack, it's a great soundtrack. Now all I have to do is attempt to get down to London to see the flaming thing! If I start walking now, I might make it by February which would be quite amazing. I'd also be about 2 dress sizes smaller too which would be amazing :D
I want to be a size 10 again, [strike]I'm not bothered about my weight[/strike] I am bothered about my weight... I'm sick to death of getting on the bloody Wii and having it tell me that I'm overweight... Bitch of a thing! It's evil, evil I tell you.

Running disappointment

I thought I was up to 7km but it turned out that my ipod was LYING to me!! Grr, bad ipod...

However, I ran for 4 miles on monday which is around 6km, and I intend to run again today. Later though.

i'm hoping to get up to 7 miles just in case the evil pod of the I variety is wrong again, so that I can run the entire thing... 19 days to go... feeling worried now!

A few more..

Genius. Been for another few more runs. Its been fun, but I'm up to a 35 minute run which is actually breaking my legs slightly. . . I have shin splints which can apparantly be caused by stress fractures in the lower leg bones. Ow. I ran and I ran and I ran

And my nike+ mabob says I ran for 1.44km. I think its broken. I have not uploaded this run to the website... Went for 30 minutes again, which was good and my legs were barely aching which was even better. I'll do a couple more 30 minute go's and then increase my time. Off to Lambing Sunday in a bit, should be good especially as my niece is going too! 3 year old joy is awesome!

I have just come back from a 30 minute run which went VERY well, I now have aching legs and a red face, I need a shower like you wouldn't believe, and as I haven't really had anything to eat today I am absolutely starving.

In short - I feel good!

Run number 3


Rightyo all

I've been for another run, which was pretty good, although I need to remember to strap my knee up as it started playing up again, bugger! I took a different route today, I'm going to try to get a videa or pictures of the routes I take,I have managed to get an image off nike+ website but I don't know how to link it to this blog... I guess I'm not as technologically minded as I used to be!! I'll find a way I'm sure!!

Weather's been lovely today, I wished that I had put my t-shirt instead of a longsleeved top on, but I did well. I ran for 30minutes, despite the fact that I was only supposed to run for half an hour, I didn't realise that my nike+ thingy hadn't started until I had been running for 10 minutes! Whoops! I'm now feeling shattered but great! Turns out I ran for just over 3 miles, which is just about half the distance I need to run and that's just fantastic!!

Race for Life 2011!

Right then :

Here it is.

I am going to be running Race for Life again, I'm thinking the 10km run for the second time at York. Any one who wants a good day out and to come and support me I will let every body know the dates when I find them out!

I'm off to bed now, its getting late, but tommorrow I'm going for a run, my third one in the past 2 weeks. Hopefully it will go well - I'll let you know soon
