Hello!
Well, first run down, havent done to badly with it either. I ran about 2.5miles, which took around 20 mins which is about 4.11 km, again, not bad at all!!
I didnt run all of it though, I walked twice, each time for about 200 metres, but I keep doing a bit better each time, and I managed to run for a full mile today.
I've planned a route which is just over 12km which I'm going to run once I can do around 10km, which will be in the next couple of weeks hopefully!
Thanks for reading, I'll keep posting after I've trained.
