Just been on my first run for two weeks, I ran for 4.5km at an average pace of 6.1km/hr. I'm knackered, I feel like crap, and I've just coughed up some
really interesting coloured stuff!!
BUT - I've been, I've pretty much fallen over upright, and I'll get back up to the nearly 8km I was doing two weeks ago in no time!! (I'm sure!)
